The AirSpeed suspension makes the Atmos & Aura* Series like no other ultralight packs. The AirSpeed frame is 6005-T6 alloy aluminum with titanium struts providing flex in the middle. Unlike other mesh-tensioned backpanels that are simply flat panels suspended from four tensioned corners of an X-frame, this panel is 3D contoured to truly fit the shape of your body. All contact surfaces are either breathable mesh or perforated, molded waffle foam. Your experience is a pack fit with comfortable uniform body contact and no hot spots, whether you�re bagging a fourteener, hiking the AT or pulling your next 24-hour race.

The AirCore backpanel borrows from the innovative and award winning AirSpeed backpanel found on our Atmos Series packs. Two 5mm fiberglass struts with a center stabilization disc anchor into top and bottom high impact composite wings. A tensioned contoured mesh backpanel provides a form fitting and stable carry while allowing full air circulation.

The Exposure suspension consists of an aluminum alloy tubing frame that forms the head cup and stay structure. Combined with a tapered framesheet, the result is an extremely lightweight suspension with the ability to carry dense, heavy loads.

Interchangeable IsoForm harnesses help you customize the fit while a built in ErgoPull hipbelt keeps the load comfortably on your hips without being bulky. A spacer mesh backpanel and plastic framesheet keep your load safe and stable.

When Osprey decided to enter the world of wheeled travel we knew that we had to design the best system available. The High Road™ Chassis is the result of careful and extensive design and development. It features an ergonomic curved handle for comfortable and stable pulling, 6001 AL pack harness frame, ultra durable lightweight injection-molded ABS material, vented backpanel, extra large polyurethane wheels with sealed bearings and a high clearance design that won't get caught on bumps and curbs.

Additionally, the suspension on the High Road™ Chassis provides a backpack comfortable carry that's not just an afterthought. Finally, weights are significantly lighter than similar pieces on the market.
