A three-liter reservoir provides “slosh-free” hydration and an improved hydration compartment features an additional sleeve for Dad to store essential items inside. A new harness and hipbelt provide improved stability while updated geometry can easily carry a full face helmet and armor—the new Zealot features a foam stiffened front panel and upper compression straps that will quickly secure a full face helmet. When setting off on a multi-month bikepacking trip this past spring, I needed a hydration pack that would not only hold enough water to quench my thirst on long days in the saddle, but also one that could transport plenty of accessories and gear.
