Osprey will repair any damage or defect for any reason free of charge – whether it was purchased in 1974 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it. We proudly stand behind this guarantee, so much so that it bears the signature of company founder and head designer, Mike Pfotenhauer.

If you need a replacement part that you can put on yourselft, please fill in the form below. We'll be happy to send you a replacement part. To ensure you receive the correct part, please attach a photo to your request of your broken part. If you are requesting a buckle, please tell us the width of the webbing strap that weaves through the buckle. If you are requesting side rods or a new frame, please tell us the length of the existing rod and the torso size of the pack.
